What is Chiropractic Care?

Why the Quadrant Analysis Method Matters
While traditional chiropractic care focuses mainly on the spine, our Quadrant Analysis Method takes a broader, whole-body view. It identifies four often-missed contributors to pain:
- Hypermobility: Joints that move too much and create instability.
- Abdominal & Gut Factors: Inflammation or intolerances that influence pain.
- Motor Control: How well your muscles coordinate movement.
- Pattern Breaks: Subtle breakdowns in movement that cause referred pain.

By combining these insights with a standard chiropractic exam, we build a care plan tailored precisely to your body. If Quadrant Analysis reveals you’d benefit from orthotics, massage, or nutritional guidance, we coordinate that in-clinic so your care is seamless.

Can a Chiropractor help with poor posture at your desk?

Chiropractic FAQs
What is the Quadrant Analysis Method?
Quadrant Analysis is our signature, whole-body diagnostic approach that identifies the true root cause of pain by assessing four key areas: pattern breaks, hypermobility, inflammation, and motor control. Unlike traditional chiropractic care, we treat the cause, not just the symptoms, for faster and longer-lasting relief.
How is your approach different from other chiropractors?
Many clinics focus only on the spine or a single area of pain. We assess your entire body, use private one-on-one treatment rooms, avoid unnecessary scans, and never lock you into long-term treatment plans. Our goal is to get you well quickly and ethically.
. Will I get treatment on my first visit?
Usually, yes. Unless your assessment shows that we need more information first, we aim to provide treatment during the same appointment as your initial consultation.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling our Sevenoaks clinic.
What conditions do you treat?
We help patients with back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, sports injuries, and general aches and pains.
Do you treat children and elderly patients?
Yes. We use gentle, age-appropriate techniques for all ages, from infants to seniors, ensuring treatment is safe and comfortable.
How soon will I see results?
Some patients feel relief immediately after their first session. Others with more complex or long-standing issues may need several treatments. We regularly review your progress so you never receive care for longer than necessary.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Yes. When performed by a qualified, registered chiropractor, treatment is very safe. Any mild soreness is usually short-lived and part of the body’s natural adjustment process.
Is there parking at your clinic?
Yes, we offer plenty of free, on-site parking for all patients.
Can you work with my GP or other specialists?
Absolutely. We believe collaboration speeds recovery and will happily liaise with your GP, physiotherapist, massage therapist, or other healthcare providers.
