Putting Patients First: Another Milestone for Sevenoaks Chiropractic Clinic

We don’t do what we do for the awards… but it’s always nice to get one!

We’re thrilled to share that Sevenoaks Chiropractic Clinic has once again been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) by the Royal College of Chiropractors.

This award recognizes clinics that go above and beyond in patient care, communication, and service quality—ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their care.

Even more special? This is our third consecutive PPQM award, meaning we’ve now maintained this standard of excellence for nearly a decade (2019–2027).

What the PPQM Means for our Patients

The Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) is awarded to clinics that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to patient experience. It’s not just about clinical expertise—it recognizes practices that focus on clear communication, a welcoming environment, and high-quality, patient-centered care.

Since each award lasts three years, this latest recognition reflects our continued dedication to maintaining these high standards over nearly a decade. That consistency is something we take great pride in—it reinforces our mission to make chiropractic care accessible, supportive, and patient-focused.

A Personal Milestone – Fellowship Recognition

While the PPQM award was the highlight of the conference, it was also a special occasion on a personal level. Earlier this year, Chris was awarded a Fellowship (FRCC) by the Royal College of Chiropractors—a recognition given to chiropractors who have made a significant contribution to the profession.

In Chris’s case, this Fellowship was awarded for his work in training and educating chiropractors nationally, helping to improve patient care across the profession. At the recent RCC conference, there was an opportunity to officially receive the award—complete with the traditional handshake and scroll presentation.

While these moments are always an honour, the real reward lies in seeing the impact of education and collaboration within chiropractic. By sharing knowledge and supporting fellow practitioners, we help raise standards of care across the profession—something that remains at the core of our work at Sevenoaks Chiropractic Clinic.
